Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy through video sessions to adults (18+) in the state of Massachusetts. I utilize a secure and HIPPA compliant video platform to conduct 53-minute sessions. I am bilingual and have experience providing therapy in both English and Spanish.  During our first intake session we will discuss your goals for therapy and collaborate on creating a treatment plan tailored for you. During the first session I will ask questions about your symptoms, your past experiences, your family history, and your goals for therapy among other subjects. At this time we will start to figure out if we are a good fit. If we are not a good fit I will provide you with referrals.


I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy and have experience treating the following issues:

*Due to the limits of my private practice, individuals who are struggling with active suicidal ideation/serious self-harm, eating disorders, or substance abuse, and individuals seeking more than weekly contact with a mental health provider would not be a good fit for my practice.


I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance plans. 

If you do not have BCBS insurance, I am considered an “out of network” provider. If your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits, you may be partially reimbursed.  I can provide you with a monthly invoice (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.  It is best to contact your insurance provider prior to starting therapy to verify what may or may not be covered by your plan.  Payment is expected at the beginning of each session


  1. Do I have Out of Network behavioral health benefits? 
  2. Is telehealth (video therapy) covered by my Out of Network behavioral health benefits?
  3. Do I have an Out of Network deductible, how much is it and has it been met?
  4. What is my Out of Network reimbursement rate per session?
  5. Are there limitations based upon the length of session (45 minutes versus 60 minutes)?
  6. How many sessions are covered per calendar year?


Please contact me directly for information regarding self-pay rates, as well as information on my sliding scale (reduced fee) which is offered on a limited and case-by-case basis.


I require at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.  Otherwise, you will be billed a $100 cancellation fee. Please note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled or missed sessions. If you are late more than 15 minutes to our session a $50 lateness fee will be applied.
